Bethany has been a small business owner since 2015. Anna is a long time Oregonian, but moved away from the crowded Portland Metro area to McMinnville in 2016. For that move, she used a broker that made the whole experience very positive. Anna’s interest in real estate was born from that sale/purchase, and in 2018 she was invited onto the Willamette Valley Real Estate Team as their Transaction Coordinator. Since then, she has become a licensed broker in Oregon, and now balances both roles.
Home is a balance too. Anna met her husband in 2003 at Bushnell University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Since then, Anna and her fiance, Brent, got married in 2006 and have 3 children who keep them on their toes.
Although most of Anna’s family lives out of state, McMinnville feels like home to her. She loves living, serving, growing, and enjoying this community. That includes other neighboring Yamhill County towns and cities. Anna finds pleasure in being a detail oriented person that keeps transactions on time and running smoothly, and the broker that helps you buy or sell a home.
Amanda, an Oregon native, was born and raised in this magnificent state. In 2008, she married her high school sweetheart, Kenneth (fun fact: they share the same middle name!). They have lived in Bend, Dallas, Newberg, and Yamhill before settling down in McMinnville.
While her family, including her wonderful children – a son and two daughters, is her greatest joy, she also enjoys outdoor activities, especially those involving water, such as boating, floating, and swimming. Having long appreciated visiting Oregon’s lakes, rivers, and the stunning Oregon Coast, Amanda has wandered through many corners of this spectacular state. Her dream is to travel all across the USA, making sure to visit all the famous landmarks. Indoors, her pastimes include reading, putting together puzzles, hosting movie nights, and creating treasured memories with her family.
Amanda has always had a knack for attention to detail, staying organized, maintaining orderliness, and having a sharp memory. In her childhood, she even memorized the alphabet backward, a quirky skill that has stayed with her.
Professionally, she has a background in limited-energy electrical work, where she refined a wide range of skills, including problem-solving, time management, and exceptional customer service.
